ADMISSION PROCEDURES

Information

Step 1: Register via Enquiry Form
If you are interested in enrolling your ward at Quality Education School, fill out the Enquiry Form. The form is available here —. Alternatively, you may visit the school and request for the Enquiry Form.

Step 2: Admission Test
The school tests the aptitude of new students in core subjects namely English, Science and Math. For Bahraini students, Arabic will also be included for admission test. The student must score 50% and above to be eligible for the next round of admissions at Quality Education School.

Step 3: Interview
The school will schedule an interview with child and parent following the successful results of admissions test. Upon analyzing the interest and commitment of both the child and the parent towards education, the child will be selected/rejected for admissions.

Step 4: Registration Form, Collection of Documents & Payment Upon selected, the parent will receive the final registration form to be submitted at school along with pre-requisite documents. Once the admissions in charge receives all the necessary documents, the parent will be required to make the payment for registration and term 1 fees to complete the registration process.

Waiting List:
In case of full admissions, parent will be informed in advance and advised to complete the registration process until Step 3. The child will then be placed in the waiting list. Selection from the waiting list will be according to the child’s performance in admission test and interview.

Documents Required and/or Procedure for New Admissions to Quality Education School, Bahrain ( From private or government school in Bahrain ) for grades 2 to 8.

1. Admission Test to be conducted in school
2. If approved , the following documents are required:

  • Report Card and Transfer Certificate from previous school.
  • Passport copy of both parents and the student.
  • CPR card copy of both parents and student
  • Birth certificate copy of student
  • Vaccination record of student.

3. After the registration is complete with full payment, the parent will be given the acceptance letter which the parent has to upload on the Ministry of Education website for the transfer of student to Quality Education School.

Documents required and/or Procedure for New Admissions to Quality Education School, Bahrain (from private or government school in Bahrain) for grades 9,10,11,12.
1. All students requesting admission in Quality Education School in grades 9,10,11,12, have to first meet with the principal with parent and Report card of their previous school.
2. Following approval from Principal the student will be given admission test for the desired grade.
3. If approved in admission test, the following documents are required :

  • Report card and Transfer Certificate from previous school.
  • Passport Copy of both parents and the student.
  • CPR card copy of both parents and student.
  • Birth certificate of student.
  • Vaccination Schedule of student.

4. After the registration process is complete with full payment, the parent will be given the acceptance letter which the parent has to upload on the Ministry of Education website for the transfer of student to Quality Education School.

Documents required and/or Procedure for New Admissions to Quality Education School, Bahrain from Outside of Bahrain
ALL STUDENTS COMING FROM OUTSIDE BAHRAIN REQUIRE EQUIVALENCY CERTIFICATE FROM MINISTRY OF EDUCATION. FOR THIS DOCUMENT, PARENTS NEED TO TAKE TO THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION THE REPORT CARD, TRANSFER CERTIFICATE AND BEHAVIOUR CERTIFICATE TO MINISTRY OF EDUCATION LOCATED IN ISATOWN, BAHRAIN. 

After the students get Equivalency Certificate, the procedure is as above for Grades 2 To Grades 12.

  • Inform your Child/Children’s Head of School in writing that you would like to withdraw the children from Quality Education School, Bahrain.
  • Mention the Full name and grade of your child/children along with when and why the withdrawal will occur.
  • This request will be sent to School Leadership Team for review. The parent may be asked to visit the school for discussion.
  • Upon approval, the request for Transfer certificate, the school will take 10 working days to issue the Transfer Certificate, Report Card along with the Behavioral Record of the child. 
  • Please make sure all dues are cleared with school at the time of raising the request for Transfer.
  • Please note that all learning resources and library books must be returned to class teacher/librarian.
  • If the parent would like to raise the request for transfer during school holidays/vacations, they may send the letter addressed to the School Secretary.
  • For students leaving the Kingdom of Bahrain and going to a new school within the GCC, please be aware that some schools require a Transfer Certificate to be attested. Please make sure you have all the details necessary for a smooth transition.
  • For reissuance of any certificates / documents, please note a fee of BD10/- each will be charged.
  • First Term – September To December
