Siblings Discounts
The rate is divided into 3 billings: 1st (40%) in September – 2nd (30%) in December – 3rd (30%) in March.
These fees are subject to change in accordance with the guidelines of the Bahraini Ministry of Education.
Age Guidelines
Registrations for are open from February 15 to July 01, and from September 01, depending on the student’s year of birth or a decision to transfer from a previous institution.

In order to proceed with the registration of your child, please prepare and scan the documents listed below individually.
The documents should be scanned one by one and named to facilitate the input of your file (e.g., Passport X, CPR of X).
- Father’s passport
- Mother’s passport
- Child’s passport
- Another passport (Guardian, another legal representative of the child)
- Father’s Bahraini CPR (Central Population Register)
- Mother’s Bahraini CPR
- Child’s Bahraini CPR
- Other Bahraini CPR (Guardian, another legal representative of the child)
- 1 recent passport-sized photo of the child
- 1 passport-sized photo of the father
- 1 passport-sized photo of the mother
- Recent certificate of enrollment from the current school
- Photocopy of school reports for the two previous years
- Photocopy of school reports for the current year
- Photocopy of the latest school report showing promotion to the next grade
- Dialogue Form (2nd-degree orientation)
- For a student with special educational needs, all relevant documents, assessments, certificates.
- Certificate of withdrawal (exeat) from the previous school (mandatory). It must be provided no later than the beginning of the school year. Failure to provide this certificate will jeopardize the registration.
- Health record (all vaccination pages)
- Proof of parental authority for separated, divorced parents, or legal guardians (Print, sign, and scan documents – divorce judgment or decision of voluntary delegation of parental authority)
