ABOUT THE SCHOOL : An Introduction
The school established in 1989 to serve specially the children who come from less-privileged back ground. Despite very low fee and shortage of resources, the management was determined to provide healthy, spacious and peaceful campus where the students can learn and get education in safe and secure seat of learning. The new campus has all the facilities and necessary infrastructures to deliver quality education.
The purpose of establishing IHIS was not to increase the no. of existing schools in the Island. It was started as a mission in the field of education for providing the students an atmosphere where they can grow while learning the facts at the one hand and getting trained in the field of morals and ethics on the other hand, the end result will be getting an individual ready to serve the society in a different way. The aim of the mission is to produce a student who first of all must be a good human being than any professional.
IHIS is one of the well known schools in the region and gaining fame day by day for which the management of the school worked very hard with the team of sincere and dedicated staff members.
Community in the field of education, Their untiring efforts for the mission and policies drafted for the noble cause, “to make quality education for all” left no stone unturned to cherish the dream had by the managing committee of IHIS. The mission did not stop here. It is only one of the aims and objectives of IHIS. IHIS thrives to serve the Indian Community in the field of education where excellence is preferred.

Admissions Annoucement
- Admission form to be obtained from the office on the announced dates between 08:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on all working days by paying the registration fee i.e. BD. 10.000.
- Duly filled in Registration Form with all the necessary documents* to be submitted in the office on or before the given date.
- After the verification, the candidate will be provided with the admission test date along with the portion for the concerned class.
- If the candidate qualifies the written test, he/she shall be appear for an interview.
- On qualifying the interview the other formalities are to be completed such as payment of fee, etc on the given date.
- The transportation facility is available; is available; the parent has to fill a separate request form to avail the facility.
Note: Issuing Registration Form and qualifying the entrance test is not a guarantee for the admission. For class II to XI admission process will be completed only after getting approval from Ministry of Education. That may take at least two weeks time.
