1. Secondary Science Teacher
Capital School is looking to appoint a Secondary Science Teacher to start in August 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
The Secondary Science Teacher is accountable to the Head of Science for delivering high-quality science education that inspires student engagement and achievement. The teacher works closely with the science department and the wider teaching team to ensure the effective implementation of the science curriculum. The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated science lessons that cater to the diverse abilities and needs of students across Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Maintain high academic standards and ensure that all students are supported in achieving their full potential.

6. Secondary School Counsellor
Capital School is looking to appoint a School Counsellor to start in August 2025.
Professional Roles and Responsibilities:
- Track and document issues such as frequent absences, morning tardiness, classroom disruptions, and other challenges affecting students’ academic performance and well-being.
- Assess and prioritize students’ needs related to their social, emotional, and academic development, providing targeted interventions to support their learning process.
- Work to improve communication and relationships between students and their teachers, as well as between teachers and parents, to foster a supportive learning environment.

8. IT Network Manager
