TUITION FEES STRUCTURE
Academic Year Fees
- Nursery is BD795 per term (5 days per week) Children that turn 3 before 31st August.
- Pre-Nursery is BD795 per term (5 days per week) Children that turn 2 before 31st August.
- Pre-Nursery is BD700 per term (3 days per week) Children that turn 2 before 31st August.
Registration fee – BD100 (One time payment)
Children in Pre-Nursery may be registered to attend either 3 or 5 days per week. Children in Nursery must be registered for a compulsory 5 days per week.
There are 3 terms in one academic year.
The following documents must be submitted before your child starts nursery:
Documents required for Bahraini/Saudi Nationals:
• x1 recent passport sized photograph
• Child’s CPR copy (front and back)
• Child’s Passport Copy
• Child’s completed vaccination copies
Documents required for Expatriates:-
• x1 recent passport sized photograph
• Child’s CPR copy (front and back)
• Child’s Visa copy
• Child’s Passport Copy
• Child’s completed vaccination copies
(please note – all children attending nursery must have all of their vaccinations as per their age. Unvaccinated children cannot attend nursery).
FEES POLICIES
Fees are payable per term and must be paid by the date stated on the school calendar.
- Fees are payable by cheque, cash, or debit/credit card.
- Fees are payable by term and must be paid by the date stated on the calendar due date.
- We do not accept monthly/part payments.
- Fees can be paid with cash/card/cheque.
- We are unable to accept postdated cheques.
- Fees not paid by the due date will result in the child’s place being reallocated.
- Fees paid are non-refundable unless one month written notice is given prior to the start of the term on which 50% of fees will be refunded, excluding registration fee.
- Fees are due for the entire term regardless of absences or holidays.
- The school reserves the right to increase fees at any time during the school year.
- The registration fee is a one time payment to register at the nursery and is non-refundable.
