FEES ADDITIONS

Fees Non-inclusive:
● Those passing the entrance exam/requirements for academic year at ARKS Diyar will need to pay BD 150 registration fee (Non Refundable) to reserve their seat within seven days of being accepted of the offer from the school. Installment 1 school fees will therefore be required within 30 days.
● Students withdrawing before 31/8, fees will be refunded after a deduction of BD 200/-. In case of withdrawal after 31/8, fees will be non-refundable.

Other Fee:
● Extra-curricular activity.
● Books Fees.
● Educational Resources Fees.

 External Vendors:
● Uniforms, canteen and transportation directly with schools partnered vendors.

ENTERANCE EXAM CHARGES

  • One off application fee for new admission is BD 50 (Non Refundable).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

** special notes that there are three (3) school academic terms but two (2) fee payments as below:

  • Installment 1 fee must be paid before June 30th.
  • Installment 2 fee must be paid before January 31st.
  • The School reserves the right to cancel seat reservations for the next academic year if fees are not paid in a timely manner or as agreed.
  • BD 200/- should be paid to reserve a seat for each student, which will be deducted from 1st instalment payment.
  • BD 200/- paid to reserve child seat is non-refundable or non-transferable to siblings in case of withdrawal.

**Increases in fees are probable and no assurance can be given as to the year-to-year increase or the average increase over time. It is advised that parents and guardians of the students enrolled keep this in mind when enrolling children at ARKS Diyar.

ADMISSION PROCEDURES

STEP ONE : Application and Required Documents

  • Complete application 
  • Upload all the required documents
    • Passport and CPR for parents and student
    • Birth certificate
    • Vaccination records (If you face difficulties uploading the complete vaccination records, kindly email them to  ad********@ar**.bh )
    • Residency Permit (If applicable)
    • Passport size photo
    • Good conduct certificate for Year 2 onwards entry
    • Final report card from previous school
  • Complete application fee (BD 50)

 

STEP TWO : Family Interview and Assessment

  • Interview and assessment are scheduled by the admissions team
  • An interview will be conducted for Pre-school (Nursery, Reception and Year 1)
  • Year 2 onwards will complete an entrance assessment in Arabic, English and Math, along with an interview.
  • Non-Arab students will be excluded from the Arabic entrance assessment.
  • After reviewing assessment and interview, admission decision is sent to family

 

STEP THREE : After Acceptance

  • Acknowledgment form sent to family about ARKS policies and procedures (must be completed)
  • Complete registration fee (BD 150)
  • Acceptance letter sent to family.

 

STEP FOUR : Before Starting at ARKS

  • Year 3 and above transfers from schools in Bahrain need to complete the online transfer process on www.bahrain.bh
  • Transfers from outside Bahrain need to equalise and attest their school records
  • School uniform is available at House of Uniform (Segaya Branch)

Yes, there is a written and oral assessment for Year 2 – Year 9. For Nursery, Reception and Year 1 it will be an interview.

Once an application is filled, the family will be contacted for the application fee (BD 50), after the fee is paid, the assessment/interview will be scheduled. The assessment review and admission decision usually takes 3-5 working days. Once an admission decision is made and the family receives an acceptance letter, they will have a week to confirm enrollment intention and pay the registration fee (BD 150).

There is a maximum of 20 students per section from Nursery – Year 6 and 25 students for Year 7 and above.

Each section has a teacher and an assistant (Nursery – Year 6).

We follow the MOE curriculum and provide Arabic classes everyday.
