Before the student is officially registered, parents must fill out the application form.

The following must be noted:

• Dates of registration
• Rules and agreements:
• Pay BHD 30 for the entrance exam, which will take place within two to three weeks from submitting the application.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Acceptance is not guaranteed.

Application requirements:

• Student information: CPR copy on both sides, passport, birth certificate, (visa for those coming from abroad, vaccinations, previous certificates if any), and any other information such as health conditions, learning challenge reports from doctor, psychologist, educational psychologist, a custody letter in the event of parents’ separation, hobbies.. etc.
• Family information: parents’ CPR or passport, address, job title, contact numbers and email.
• Payment information: a copy of the transfer receipt, and the IBAN number.

Before the entrance exam:

• Entrance exams will be taken in Arabic, English, and Mathematics.
• The entrance exam topics will be received with the timing of the exam, and the price schedule will be attached.

On acceptance, you will receive the following:

An acceptance letter with the following payment requirements:

• The amount for securing a seat is BHD 75 or BHD 100 for the secondary stage, as well as the first installment of the tuition amount of BHD 100.
• Tuition fee schedule and book fees schedule.
• A welcoming letter to parents that contains the most important information for the beginning of the school year.
• School uniform information and instructions.
• Materials and stationery information.
• Academic year calendar.
• Social media consent form.
