ABOUT THE PRESCHOOL : An Introduction
Rawan Preschool is a newly built Kindergarten in Bahrain for children ages 3 to 6 years. We offer classes in Nursery, KG1, and KG2.
We are the first school in Bahrain to offer the Leader in Me program alongside the British International Curriculum and Bahrain National Curriculum.
Nurturing and developing our children’s languages is highly important at Rawan, to emphasize this our students will spend one full day learning in English and the next day in Arabic.
Our management, international, and local teaching staff are highly experienced, having operated schools in Bahrain for a number of years.
Rawan Pre-School provides your child with fun and unique environment for learning and play through the high-quality facilities and through our spacious indoor and outdoor areas. We chose to be different in our approach to teaching and learning by being the first “The Leader in Me” Pre-School in Bahrain where children are given all the necessary support to become happy and successful future leaders.
We have also got the best of both worlds Providing quality British E.Y.F.S Education with the latest teaching methodologies in addition to incorporating Bahrain’s rich culture heritage and language.
Our Pre-School readiness program helps children to engage and benefit from early learning experiences that best promote their success.
General Overview
At Rawan, we see every child as a unique individual, and we are committed to care, nurture, and cater to their individual needs. We employ the most qualified staff and train them, develop our own curriculum, and are constantly adjusting our procedures based on the needs of the students.
We embrace our children with love, helping them find their place to shine. We do not encourage comparison, and do not measure their development with rigid standardization to inspire the belief that each child can make a difference based on his/her unique view and talent, which will shape the world in a different way.
We view learning as a life experience that the child lives through daily. By acquiring knowledge through playing and being a child, he/she is encouraged to develop mentally, and find his/her unique personality and independence. These life experiences help with deciphering the alphabet and learning their shapes, identifying numbers and their values, learning shapes and distinguishing colors. Through this they exercise the skills of communication, interaction, and sharing, which stimulates a lifelong love of learning.
