Established in 1993, Al Noor International School was founded with the aim of providing high-quality education to students from diverse nationalities within a supportive and inclusive environment. From its early beginnings offering pre-primary and primary classes, the school has grown steadily into a well-established institution offering multiple curriculum pathways to meet the varied needs of families in Bahrain.
Today, Al Noor International School delivers three distinct academic streams: the British curriculum, the Bahraini curriculum aligned with the Ministry of Education, and the Indian curriculum following the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
This multi-curriculum structure allows parents the flexibility to choose an educational pathway that best suits their child’s abilities, aspirations, and future academic plans.
The British section leads to internationally recognised Cambridge qualifications, including IGCSE, AS, and A Levels, while the Bahraini and Indian sections prepare students for their respective national examinations.

Founded on September 6th 1993, Al Noor International School has grown from its humble origins to a now well established and highly respected educational institution.
Its journey started with offering a limited number of classes in pre-primary and primary levels, all in line with modern educational methodology.
After years of continuous achievements and educational success, it now offers a range of subjects and curriculums. These include:
- The British Curriculum which leads to IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education), AS Level (Advanced Subsidiary Level), and A Level (Advanced Level).
- The Bahraini Curriculum based on the programme adopted by the Ministry of Education, Kingdom of Bahrain.
- The CBSE Curriculum which follows the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi, and is widely recognised as one of the finest educational systems in India.
